Bayern Munich German manager, Thomas Tuchel, said, Bayern Munich will lock horns with Galatasaray “a really strong team”, however, “we feel very ready to win the game”.

Tuchel said, his side is ready to “end” Galatasaray’s 17-game “unbeaten run” when they clash in Istanbul at the RAMS Park.
Galatasaray will welcome Bayern Munich in the Uefa Champions League 2023/24 match on Tuesday 24 October, 2023 at 17:45.
In a press conference ahead of the encounter, Tuchel said: “We feel ready to win an extremely important game. The Champions League has to be taken step by step. We feel strong enough to win this group. We want to reach the knockouts and you need a bit of luck for that. Tomorrow will see us play a really strong side, one that is unbeaten in 17 games. We want to end that run!”
On the crowd, Tuchel said: “We believe we can deal with it. It’s extremely loud and passionate there – you can’t replicate it beforehand. Galatasaray will want to make use of it – this game will be a big challenge for us.”
On Icardi, Tuchel said: “I’ve been informed that he will be out for a while. He’s a proper centre forward and their game is based around him. We will prepare our team accordingly, in particular our back four. We will ultimately know if he’s playing or not an hour and a half before the game.”
