Antony Blinken, United States (US) Secretary of State, has warned that, “it’s so important to take every possible precaution to avoid harming civilians” as the fighting between Hamas and Israel continues.

Blinken made this statement at a news conference alongside Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu.
He went ahead to reassure Netanyahu of America’s “ironclad support” for Israel as it fights against Hamas to defend itself.
At the news conference, Blinken said: “Anyone who wants peace and justice must condemn Hamas’ reign of terror.
“Hamas has only one agenda – to destroy Israel and to murder Jews.”
The American diplomat warned, that precautions must be taken to ensure civilians of every nationality are not harmed.
According to Blinken: “That’s why it’s so important to take every possible precaution to avoid harming civilians, and that’s why we mourn the loss of every civilian life.
“Civilians of every faith, every nationality have been killed.”
