The IDF identified launches from Lebanon and Syria as it defends Israel following surprise attack from Palestinian militants known as Hamas.
Israel imposed complete closure of West Bank following the heavy fighting between Hamas and Israel.
IDF said: “IDF soldiers are responding with artillery and mortar shells toward the origin of the launching in Syria.”
