Jurgen Klopp’s side netted two late goals to grab all three away points.
Wolves took the lead through Hwang Hee-Chan early, in the 7th minute and held on till the end of the first 45 minutes.
The visitors fought and levelled in the 55th minute through Dutch striker, Cody Gakpo after tapping home Salah’s cross-shot from the right.
In the 85th minute, Andy Robertson placed Liverpool ahead with the second goal, converting Salah’s pass, and Hugo Bueno hit the back of his own net in the 1st minute of additional time to help the Reds take all three points back home.
Liverpool will now shift focus to the Europa League 2023/24 encounter against LASK on Thursday.
