Premier League 2023/24: Arsenal 3-1 Manchester United – Gunners net two additional time goals – Results

Last week, Arsenal struggled to grab a point after they finished 2-2 with Fulham, and Manchester United came from two goals down to defeat Nottingham Forest 3-2.

Today, Sunday 3 September, 2023, Arsenal fought hard to return to winning ways when they hosted Manchester United in the Premier League match at Emirates Stadium.

The Gunners clinched all three points of the encounter against United, thanks to two stoppage time goals.

Marcus Rashford placed Erik Ten Hag’s side in front in the 27th minute, however, just one minute after, Arsenal levelled through Martin Odegaard after converting an assist from Gabriel Martinelli.

Declan Rice and Gabriel Jesus sealed victory for Mikel Arteta’s side late in 90+6 and 90+11 minutes respectively to hand Arsenal the well-deserved win.
