The La Liga reigning kings went in front just before half time through Jules Kounde, however, Osasuna responded through substitute Ezequiel Avila, who found the bottom corner from outside the box.
Polish sharpshooter, Robert Lewandowski, netted the winner in the 86th minute from the penalty spot to hand Barcelona all three points.
