Ramy Naouss from Lebanon embarked on the ultimate endurance test when he smashed the record for longest duration standing on a Sadhu nail board (male) with a whopping 12 hr 12 min 8 sec stint!

Naouss lost a family member to the disease.

According to guinnessworldrecords.com:

His feat was 60 times longer than the first-ever human space walk, and felt just as out of this world for Ramy, who did it all to help others who find themselves being delivered the life-changing news.

Ramy, who has previously walked 42 km (26.09 mi) barefoot from the Dbayeh Corniche to the Batroun area in Lebanon, hopes to raise awareness of early cancer detection and save more lives from the clutches of the disease.

Ramy said: “Death is not losing life, but losing hope.

“This record-breaking achievement is just the beginning of my journey, and I will have many others with Guinness World Records – my platform to amplify my voice to the world.”
