Rodrygo netted a brace to help the Spanish La Liga Kings reach the last four stage of the tournament.
Frank Lampard’s side played with a real intensity in a first half performance.
The Uefa Champions League holders will face either Manchester City or Bayern Munich in the semi final of the tournament in May.

In his post-match comments, Real Madrid head coach, Carlo Ancelotti, said: “We’re very happy to be in another semi-final. We’re going to fight to reach the final. It was a difficult match, as expected. Chlesea played a great 1st half, Thibaut Courtois helped us keep it a draw. Our 2nd half was better, we were able to move the ball well.”
