This was her answer when a Twitter user asked her, “Hey @abikedabiri @nidcom_gov, y’all left the Nigerians students stranded at Sudan border after all you promised to send buses today to convey them to safer places. What’s going on?”
Abike Dabiri-Erewa quoted the tweet and commented: “They are still in Khartoum.@nemanigeria has sorted all payments etc but there are still a few logistical delays . They will likely proceed early morning . Safer to leave early morning . A war situation is not a normal situation. We are all anxiously waiting to receive them”.
