The former Governor of Osun State, had challenged Ademola Adeleke’s election as Executive Governor of Osun State, seeking to nullify his victory in the Gubernatorial Election in the Southwestern State conducted on 16 July, 2022 on the ground of over-voting.
After his triumph at the Abuja Court, Governor Adeleke said, “I dedicate this victory to God and my people”.
Adeleke said: “I thank God Almighty and our good people of Osun state. I dedicate this victory to God and my people. The judiciary has now confirmed the will of the people that I am the validly elected Governor of my state.”
