He revealed the “road project commenced on 9th January, 2013 under the admin of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, with the first phase commissioned on 19th November, 2018”, assuring the people of the State “of our commitment to the accelerated infrastructure development” across Osun State.
Governor Adeleke said: “It was my pleasure to commission the second phase of the dualisation of Osogbo-Ikirun-Ila Odo (KWSB) road. This road project commenced on 9th January, 2013 under the admin of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, with the first phase commissioned on 19th November, 2018.
“As promised during my campaign, all the meaningful on-going projects embarked upon by the previous administration would not be abandoned. Our government has been able to meet the yearnings of our people for a good road linking Osogbo – Ikirun within our first 100 days in office.
“I have directed the contractor to commence work on the last phase of the road immediately. I reassured the people of our commitment to the accelerated infrastructure development across the nooks and crannies of the state.”
