Lens took the lead in just five minutes when Przemyslaw Frankowski volleyed into an empty net following a rebound that bounced off Italian goalkeeper, Gianluigi Donnarumma.

Three minutes after, Hugo Ekitike levelled for PSG, however, Lois Openda manoeuvred through defender Marquinhos and shot into the bottom corner past Donnarumma to hand the hosts the lead once again in the 28th minute.
