Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola, has said, he will not “give up” as the Cityzens’ woes continue.

The Spanish boss said, “I will not give up. I want to be here and do it.”
Guardiola made the statement at his press conference ahead of the top flight encounter between Leicester City and Manchester City on Sunday.
Manchester City will take a trip to the King Power Stadium for the Premier League match against Leicester City on Sunday 29 December, 2024 at 15:30 (WAT).
Guardiola said: “I will not give up. I want to be here and do it. Now we go to Leicester, [which has] always been difficult but the players will be ready.
We will keep going. Sometimes you expect it will be easy to fix it but sometimes it will take more time.
“I have always wanted to please the people and do good in my job. It’s easy to understand.
The great tests I have [had]. We will come back but we remember how good the past was. That’s the trust. That makes me realise now what we have done. How many years [we] have been incredibly consistent.
We are [a] little bit down but we didn’t expect it [to be] so much. I see the team, their spirit and how focused they are in training.”
The Blues have recorded just one (1) win in thirteen (13) encounters in all competitions.
HC: Is this normal? A formidable team, all of a sudden no longer knows how to win. This is Guardiola’s worst run in his entire managerial career.
