Barcelona secured a 2-0 victory over Cadiz restoring their eight-point lead at the top of La Liga.

The Catalans at the Camp Nou dominated possession, however, Cadiz looked relatively comfortable before Sergi Roberto found the back of the net two minutes before halftime.
Robert Lewandowski sealed victory for Xavi’s side with the second.
Cadiz came close twice to scoring late through substitute Chris Ramos, however, Barcelona maintained a clean sheet, clinching all three points at home.
Cadiz are 17th on the table with 22 points.
