Newly appointed caretaker manager of Chelsea, Frank Lampard, has expressed his excitement about the Real Madrid V Chelsea draw.

In the Uefa Champions League 2022/23 quarter finals, Spanish La Liga champions Real Madrid, has been drawn to lock horns with English Premier League side , Chelsea.
Lampard was appointed caretaker manager of Chelsea to fill the vacuum left by sacked Graham Potter, former head coach of the Blues.
He will handle managerial affairs at Chelsea until season end, the club said via a statement released on Thursday 6 April, 2023.
On the Real Madrid V Chelsea, Lampard said: “I’m excited to be fighting in that competition again because it’s the best.”
