United Nations (UN) Deputy Secretary-General, Amina Mohammed, has said, “my heart is with the women and children in Gaza.”

She made the statement in her new year message.
The UN Deputy Sec-Gen added, “In the past year, Gaza has become a hell on earth.”
Amina Mohammed wrote: “In the past year, Gaza has become a hell on earth. We have gone too far and as @UN SG says, “lost our moral compass.” As a new year begins, my heart is with the women and children in Gaza.”
