Not sure because Olamide did not state why he made the statement, however, it might be related to the news about the death of the mother of Wizkid.
Nigerian Afrobeats singer, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, known by his stage name, Wizkid, lost his mother, as announced by the singer’s manager, Sunday Aare.
Olamide wrote: “prayers up for wiz.”
