Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has confirmed that, “over 120 civilians are being held captive in Gaza by the Hamas terrorist organization”.

The fighting between Hamas and Israel started on Saturday 7 October, 2023 after Hamas infiltrated Israel, launched a surprise attack which led to the killing of hundreds of Israelis with several others taken hostage.
IDF said: “The IDF has confirmed that over 120 civilians are being held captive in Gaza by the Hamas terrorist organization.”
