Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, has expressed deep shock following the huge explosion that happened at the Al Ahli Arab hospital in the city of Gaza on Tuesday 17 October, 2023.

The massive blast at the hospital in Gaza has killed hundreds, as disclosed by Palestinian officials.
Palestinian officials blame Israeli airstrikes for the blast at the hospital in Gaza, however, Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, has come out to say that, Israel Defense Forces (IDF) did not launch any strike against the hospital, adding, “the brutal terrorists struck the hospital”.
The Indian Leader said, “those involved should be held responsible.”
PM Modi said: “Deeply shocked at the tragic loss of lives at the Al Ahli Hospital in Gaza. Our heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims, and prayers for speedy recovery of those injured.
“Civilian casualties in the ongoing conflict are a matter of serious and continuing concern. Those involved should be held responsible.”
