This is coming following the huge explosion at the Al Ahli Arab hospital in Gaza on Tuesday 17 October, 2023 which killed hundreds.
Palestinian officials blame Israel for the bombing at the hospital, however, Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, has come out to say, “the brutal terrorists struck the hospital not IDF”.
Blinken said: “All civilians, Israeli and Palestinian, must be protected. Deeply saddened by the explosion at the Al Ahli Arab hospital in Gaza. As @POTUS said, “The United States stands unequivocally for the protection of civilian life.””
