Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, with Israeli “heroic fighters on the battlefield in the Gaza Strip” |
He made this statement while he was with Israeli “heroic fighters on the battlefield in the Gaza Strip” where he told them “two things”.
The fighting between Israel and Hamas started after Hamas struck the Southern region of Israel by surprise in the early hours of Saturday 7 October, 2023, killing hundreds of Israelis and taking several others hostage.
PM Netanyahu said: “Today with our heroic fighters on the battlefield in the Gaza Strip.
I told them two things:
First thing – we will do everything to keep your safety, your life.
“Second thing – we don’t stop and we won’t stop fighting. The war continues to the end. Until Hamas is finished, no less than that.
“The nation of Israel is proud of its heroic warriors. I’m proud of you. We continue with all our strength.”
