“To set the records straight, the account is FAKE – and/or any others like it.
“The CGIS is NOT on ANY social media platform.
“The general public is therefore put on alert to disregard and flag any message(s) that may emanate from such accounts.
“The only recognized channels for social media communication is the Service’s official Instagram and X (Twitter) – nigimmigration.
“SHINE YOUR EYES!”
