A building has collapsed in the morning of today, Saturday 13 July, 2024, in Kubwa, Abuja, the National Emergency Management Agency reported.

Nigeria’s disaster management agency disclosed, “four persons have been rescued”, and “one of Two that were taken to hospital has been treated of minor injuries and discharged”.

Four persons have been rescued from the building that collapsed this morning in Kubwa, Abuja. One of Two that were taken to hospital has been treated of minor injuries and discharged.
The rescue operation is about to be concluded after which the site will be secured and handed over to appropriate authorities.
The rescue team comprised of National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), FCT Emergency Management Department, Fire Service, Nigerian Police,NSCDC etc
