The Conservative and Unionist Party, commonly the Conservative Party, are known as the Tories.
Rishi Sunak’s Conservative Party was discomfited in the UK General Election 2024 by Keir Starmer’s Labour Party.
Reeves, a member of Starmer’s cabinet, is the first female Chancellor of the UK.
According to Reeves: “The Tories signed away billions of pounds to Covid fraud and waste.
That money belongs in our public services – and we want it back.”
