Presidential candidate of the Democratic Party, Kamala Harris, will face Donald Trump of the Republican Party, in the United States (US) Presidential Election 2024 come Tuesday 5 November, 2024.
US VP Harris said: “This election is a fight for our country, our future, and our most fundamental freedoms and rights.
We believe in the promise of America—and we’re in this fight because we know what’s at stake.”
Harris said, “if Donald Trump wins in November, he will undermine our democracy.”
She added, “Donald Trump hand-picked three members of the Supreme Court who would overturn the protections of Roe v. Wade.
As he intended, they did—and now he wants to pass a nationwide abortion ban.
I will not let that happen.”
