The United States (US) alongside other partners have announced new military aid packages “to meet Ukraine’s critical defense needs”.

These military aid packages were announced at the 24th meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group at Ramstein Air Base, a United States Air Force base located in Rhineland-Palatinate, a state in southwestern Germany, following Russia’s recent missile strikes in the Ukrainian city of Lviv which “killed 7 people including a 14-year old girl”.
According to Defence of Ukraine: “The Netherlands is supplying €80 million worth of support materials for F-16s. In addition, our Dutch partners are providing air-to-air missiles.
Strengthening Ukraine’s air defense capabilities is our top priority, and we highly appreciate the support from the Netherlands.
