On Saturday morning, the storm struck Hai Phong and Quang Ninh provinces with winds of up to 203 km/h (126 mph), said the Indo-Pacific Tropical Cyclone Warning Center.
AFP reports, metal roof sheets and commercial sign boards were seen flying across the city of Hai Phong.
This is happening after Yagi struck a popular tourist destination tagged China’s Hawaii, Island of Hainan, on Friday.
