The 33-year-old has not played in the second tier since leaving Crystal Palace for Wigan in 2010, but after a trophy-laden career playing top-flight football in England, Italy, Turkey and Russia, the former Nigeria international wants to eat at the top table once again with the Hatters.

“I’m very excited and I can’t wait to get started,” said Victor. “I’m looking forward to it, it’s a pleasure to be here. It’s a good time for me to be in the country and start to enjoy my football again.

“After Luton were in the Premier League last season, and coming back down to the Championship, the main objective now it to try and help the club go back up to the Premier League again.” lutontown.co.uk
