NPHCDA cautioned: “People working on farms and interacting with animals are at a higher risk of Mpox infection. 


To protect yourself, it’s crucial to follow preventive measures: always wear protective clothing, practice proper hand hygiene, and avoid direct contact with animals showing signs of illness.
