President of the United States (US), Joe Biden, has announced, he will travel to communities in Florida and Georgia that have been impacted by Hurricane Helene.

The US President said, he will “survey damage, hear from residents and farmers as they rebuild.”
Florida, Georgia, North Carolina are among the States in the US affected my Hurricane Helene.
The disaster claimed more than 100 lives, with properties destroyed.
President Biden expressed gratitude to “men and women who answered the call and ran into danger in North Carolina.”
Biden disclosed, he “directed one thousand military personnel from Fort Liberty to help the North Carolina National Guard” in the wake of Hurricane Helene.
He further disclosed, “67 Starlink Satellites were deployed so that folks in Canton can reach their loved ones.”
According to President Biden: “I’ve directed one thousand military personnel from Fort Liberty to help the North Carolina National Guard provide critical supplies to isolated communities.
We’ve deployed 67 Starlink satellites so that folks in places like Canton can call for help and reach their loved ones.
FEMA teams are knocking on doors and visiting shelters to register people for financial assistance. This is direct assistance that is hitting bank accounts as soon as today.
And FEMA will continue to send helicopters and trucks to deliver hundreds of thousands of meals and liters of water to communities every day.

You’re nothing short of heroes.
May God bless you all. And may you keep the faith.
