The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) said, in it ‘war on crude oil theft’, “45 illegal refineries have been uncovered”.

According to NNPC Limited: “In the past week, 12 illegal pipeline connections and 45 illegal refineries were uncovered.”
