FA Cup 2024/25: Manchester United 2-1 Leicester – Maguire’s late winner send Reds to fifth round

Manchester United came from the back to defeat Leicester City 2-1 in the fourth round match of the FA Cup on Friday 7 February, 2025 at Old Trafford, thanks to defender, Harry Maguire’s late goal.

Manager Ruud Van Nistelrooy’s Foxes got in front through Bobby De Cordova-Reid in the 42nd minute, but, the Reds fought back and levelled through Joshua Zirkzee in the 68th minute.

Converting midfielder, Bruno Fernandes’ assist, Maguire headed late in the 3rd minute of additional time to hand Ruben Amorim’s side their spot in the fifth round of the competition.
