Nigerian striker, Victor Boniface, scored the winner for Bayer Leverkusen as the Black and Reds grabbed all three points with a 2-1 victory over Eintracht Frankfurt in the Bundesliga 2024/25 match at BayArena on Saturday 19 October, 2024.

Boniface missed his first chance at goal from the penalty spot early, in the 9th minute, before Omar Marmoush found the back of the net for Frankfurt from the penalty spot in the 16th minute.
Robert Andrich levelled for Xabi Alonso’s side in the 25th minute, setting the stage for Boniface to seal victory for the hosts in the 72nd minute.
