Manchester United: Erik Ten Hag’s sacking ‘was a collective but unanimous decision’

Manchester United and Dutch manager, Erik Ten Hag, have parted ways officially.

The Dutch manager left the Theatre of Dreams after a “collective but unanimous decision”.

The Dutchman clinched two (2) trophies during his two seasons with the former English Champions – Carabao Cup in 2023 and the FA Cup in 2024.

Former Manchester United striker, Ruud Van Nistelrooy, who worked alongside Ten Hag as assistant, will take charge of the team as interim manager until a new head coach is appointed.
