On Saturday, at the Government House, Hope Uzodimma, Executive Governor of Imo State, charged second batch of Imolites on pilgrimage to Israel to pray for the “peace and progress” of the Southeastern State.
The first batch of ndi Imo that travelled to Israel left the State last week.
Governor Uzodimma said: “This evening, I interacted with the second batch of ndi Imo, at the Government House Chapel, before they proceeded on pilgrimage to Israel.
“This is the second batch, after the first that travelled penultimate week to Israel and I charged them to offer prayers for continued peace and progress in our dear Imo State.”
