Gubernatorial candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Monday Okpebholo, defeated Asue Ighodalo of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), and Olumide Akpata of the Labour Party (LP) to emerge winner of the recently conducted Edo State Governorship Election 2024.
