Joao Pedro, Fernandez fire Chelsea to 2-0 win over Fulham

Chelsea defeated Fulham by two (2) goals to zero (0) in the Premier League 2025/26 match at Stamford Bridge on Saturday 30 August, 2025.

Joao Pedro converted Enzo Fernandez’ assist to score the opener for Chelsea in the 9th minute of lengthy first half additional time, before Fernandez sealed the victory with the seond from the penalty spot in 56th minute.

Joao Pedro became just the fourth player in the Premier League era to score five or more goals in his first five starts across all competitions for Chelsea, joining Diego Costa, Alvaro Morata and Tammy Abraham.

Joao Pedro and Estevao both almost netted a late third goal before the former cleared off the line from Sander Berge in the finishing stages.
