Al Nassr Portuguese forward, Cristiano Ronaldo, has called on fans of the Club for support as the Saudi Professional League 2025/26 kicks off on Friday 29 August, 2025.
The former Manchester United forward said on Thursday, “we’ve trained, we’re ready” and “we’ll give it everything we’ve got”.
Ronaldo’s Al Nassr finished third after accumulating seventy (70) points in the Saudi Professional League 2024/25; Al Hilal and Al Ittihad amassed seventy-five (75) and eighty-three (83), finishing second and first respectively.
Ronaldo wrote: “Tomorrow, the league begins. We’ve trained. We’re ready. But we can’t do it alone… we need you.
“We’ll be there giving it everything we’ve got. Fighting for the badge, for the team, for every one of you. Will you be there with us all the way?
“Let’s make it unforgettable.”
Al Nassr will travel to Al Taawoun for their opener on Friday at 19:00 (WAT).
Ronaldo has extended his contract with The Global One for the next two years, in 2027.
