French winger, Ousmane Dembele, has expressed happiness after meeting with Argentine forward, Lionel Messi, following the round of 16 clash between Paris Saint-Germaine (PSG) and Inter Miami.
Dembele and Messi were former teammates at PSG.
Luis Enrique led the French Ligue 1 side, PSG, to a beautiful 4-0 victory over Major League Soccer (MLS) side, Inter Miami, in the round of 16 match in the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 on Sunday 29 June, 2025.
Dembele wrote on X: “How great to see you again Leo, the greatest of all time… I hope you keep making history with @InterMiamiCF as in this Club World Cup.”
PSG will face Bayern Munich in the quarter final of the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 after the German side defeated Flamengo on Sunday night.
Bayern Munich defeated Brazilian side, Flamengo, 4-2 – an encounter that had English forward, Harry Kane, score a brace.
