‘We are building a Nigeria that works for all, no one will be left behind’ – President Tinubu

President Bola Tinubu said, his administration is “building a Nigeria that works for all, where no one is left behind.”

The President made the statement as he launched the Renewed Hope Social Impact Program for Women, Children, and Families in Lafia, Capital of Nasarawa State.

He said, the program is a “nationwide effort” which is designed to impact “10 million lives” directly, through “clean energy, agriculture, and safer homes”.

President Tinubu tagged the Renewed Hope Social Impact Program for Women, Children, and Families ‘delivery in action’.

Taking to his official X account, President Tinubu said: “In Lafia, we also launched the Renewed Hope Social Impact Program for Women, Children, and Families, a nationwide effort to directly impact 10 million lives through clean energy, agriculture, and safer homes.

“From solar home systems via Power774, to farm input and tools support through the WAVE programme, to LPG cylinders, replacing open firewood, the Renewed Hope Social Impact Program for Women, Children, and Families is ‘delivery in action’.

“I take great pride in initiating this program in Nasarawa, which is a purposeful choice. Recently recognised as a CEDAW City at the United Nations for its exceptional commitment to the rights of women and girls, this honour truly reflects the spirit of its people, government, and values. I also commend Governor Abdullahi Sule for aligning the priorities of Nasarawa state with our national vision, and HM Women Affairs Imaan Sulaiman-Ibrahim, a proud daughter of Nasarawa, whose relentless dedication continues to amplify the voices of the voiceless and inspire hope in millions through the Ministry of Women Affairs.

“Renewed Hope is about targeted solutions, local delivery, federal support, and most importantly, tangible impact.

“Our administration is building a Nigeria that works for all, where no one is left behind. We will stay the course.”

President Tinubu said, Nigeria is on the road of “recovery and renewal”, and that, his administration is building “infrastructure and belief”.

He described Governor Abdullahi Sule as a “working governor”, and said, Sule has made Nasarawa a “peaceful state with people focused on growth”.

President Tinubu said: “Nigeria is on a path of recovery and renewal. What we are building is not just infrastructure. We are building belief.

“From the campaign trail to the presidency, my message has been the same: if we align our efforts, if we put the people first, and if we lead with purpose, there is nothing our dear country cannot achieve.

“In Lafia today, I saw that alignment in motion. A working governor. A peaceful state. A people focused on growth. That is the spirit of Renewed Hope.

“The journey ahead will not be without challenges. But if each state follows the path of delivering good governance – planning, executing, and serving, we will not just recover; Nigeria will rise.

“As President, the federal government will continue to support and partner with states that are serious about delivery.

“Let us bet on ourselves. Let us bet on our country. Let us bet on Nigeria.

“And to my hosts – the good people of Nasarawa, thank you for making me feel at home again in my first visit to Nasarawa since I took office.”
