Kaduna State: President Tinubu to commission 300-bed hospital, other projects

President Bola Tinubu announced, he will commission several projects in Kaduna State.

Thre President made the announcement as he travel to the Northwestern State after visiting Benue State on Wednesday, where “brutal” attacks claimed more than 100 lives.

President Tinubu described Kaduna State as “one of our nation’s most promising frontiers of progress and purpose.”

He said, he will join Executive Governor of Kaduna State, Uba Sani, to commission projects including, a new Institute of Vocational Training and Skills Development in Rigachikun, open a 300-bed hospital in Millennium City, and unveil critical infrastructure projects.

President Tinubu announced via his official X account: “I am on my way to Kaduna State, one of our nation’s most promising frontiers of progress and purpose.

“Today, I will join Governor Uba Sani @ubasanius to commission a new Institute of Vocational Training and Skills Development in Rigachikun, open a 300-bed hospital in Millennium City, and unveil critical infrastructure projects, including Kaduna’s rollout of CNG buses, significantly boosting their transportation system.”

What is happening in Kaduna State shows a lot is possible “when subnational governments are empowered, trusted, and supported from the centre to do more”, the President said.

He added, his administration is “taking a bet” on Nigeria’s future by unlocking the potential of every state to serve their citizens “boldly and effectively”.

President Tinubu said: “What Kaduna is doing is a clear sign of what is possible when subnational governments are empowered, trusted, and supported from the centre to do more.

“Our administration will continue to unlock the potential of every state to serve their people boldly and effectively.

“We are taking a Bet on the future of Nigeria. This is Renewed Hope in motion.”
