Frenj Ligue 1 Kings, Paris Saint-Germaine (PSG), dismantled Spanish La Liga giants, Atletico Madrid, in there opener of the FIFA Club World Cup by four (4) goals to zero (0) on Sunday 15 June, 2025 at Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California.
This stunning outcome is proving the Les Parisiens to be an enormous force in the tournament.
Luis Enrique’s juvenile PSG immensely dominated Atletico at the Rose Bowl on Sunday in their first match since making light work of Serie A club, Inter Milan, 5-0 to win its first Champions League title on May 31.

French winger, Ousmane Dembele, was missing in action for PSG after reportedly injuring a quadricep while featuring for France on June 6. Goncalo Ramos took Dembele’s place in Luis Enrique’s only change to the starting lineup from the Uefa Champions League final.
