• Approval of NGN 75,000 as new Minimum wage for Osun Workers
• Paid a total of 7 months half salary from the 30 months half salary debt inherited from previous APC administration
• Release of NGN16 Billion in bond to pensioners in the Contributory Pension Scheme
• Payment of NGN2.74 Billion in wage award to civil servants and pensioners in Osun State
• Cash backing of promotion approved by the previous administration without financial implication
• Abolished the title of coordinating directors used in Ministries under the previous APC administration with the re-introduction of Permanent Secretaries to restore full confidence and right order in public service
• Continuous training of staff for increased performance and productivity
