Acting National Chairman of the Labour Party, Senator Nenadi Usman, has sent her Easter greetings to Nigerians, saying, it is a “season that reminds us of the power of sacrifice, the promise of renewal, and the strength found in unity.”
She added, “let us hold firmly to the ideals of peace, justice, and compassion that bind us together as a nation.”
In her Easter message, Senator Nenadi Usman wrote:
On behalf of the Labour Party, I bring you warm Easter greetings filled with hope, love, and renewed faith.
Easter is a season that reminds us of the power of sacrifice, the promise of renewal, and the strength found in unity. As we celebrate this time of reflection and rebirth, let us hold firmly to the ideals of peace, justice, and compassion that bind us together as a nation.
In the spirit of this solemn season, we extend our deepest condolences to the families of those who have lost their lives across the nation. We mourn with you and stand in solidarity with all communities affected by violence, insecurity, or hardship. We call on the authorities and security agencies to ensure that the perpetrators of these heinous acts are brought to justice. We also urge them to intensify efforts to protect the lives and property of all Nigerians, as security remains a fundamental right and responsibility.
May the hope and light of Easter bring comfort to the grieving, courage to the struggling, and renewed strength to us all as we work together toward a safer, fairer, and more united Nigeria.
