Dominic Solanke and Dejan Kulusevski placed Spurs ahead inside eleven (11) minutes, but, Jadon Sancho halved the deficit with a fine long-range effort in the 17th minute.
Palmer scored twice from the penalty spot in the 61st and 84th minutes, and Enzo Fernandez scored for the hosts in the 73rd minute, before Heung-Min Son netted the third for Ange Postecoglou’s side in the 6th minute of additional time.
Chelsea are 2nd with 31 points, while Tottenham are 11th with 20 points.
