Governor of Bauchi State, Bala Mohammed, has “reaffirmed that, by the grace of God, the PDP will reclaim leadership of this country in 2027.”
Mohammed made the statement at the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Governors’ Forum Meeting today, Monday, held at Governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde’s office in Ibadan.
The Governor also said, “we stand firmly with Governor Siminalayi Fubara” who has been placed under suspension for six (6) months alongside his Deputy by President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Governor Mohammed said: “Today, at the PDP Governors’ Forum meeting held in Oyo State, I reaffirmed that, by the grace of God, the PDP will reclaim leadership of this country in 2027.
“In Rivers State, we stand firmly with Governor Siminalayi Fubara. All PDP governor, and indeed, governors across Nigeria are united in their support to ensure he returns to continue his good work.
“I believe our party has learnt valuable lessons from the past and is now fully prepared to move forward. We are committed to setting aside our differences so that we can offer Nigerians a new era of purposeful and good governance.”
