The only goal of the clash was netted by former United star, Anthony Elanga, early in the 5th minute of play.
Manager Nuno Espirito’s Tricky Trees who were completed overpowered in terms of ball possession managed to hold on until the end and carted all three (3) points.
In its gratitude to fans for their “support” despite the loss, Manchester United wrote: “A painful defeat but thank you for your support as always — we heard you until the end.”
With this outcome, Manchester United are still wriggling below top ten (10), precisely on the 13th spot with 37 points, while Nottingham Forest are sitting comfortably on the third spot with 57 points
