In his condolence to the Governor of Katsina State, Dikko Umaru Radda, over the passing of his mother, Hajiya Umaru BariBari, former Governor of Kano State, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, wrote: “I extend my deepest condolences to His Excellency, Dr. Umaru Dikko Radda over the death of his mother, Hajiya Safara’u Umaru Barebari.
“The passing of one’s mother carries a great weight, but her family will find solace in the great impact she’s had in her long life.
“I pray that the Almighty Allah grants her Jannatul Firdaus. I also extend condolences to the Radda Family and Community, and to the good people and Government of Katsina State.”
