Governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodimma, has sent his message of “kindness” and “generosity” to the entire Christian community of Nigeria, particularly ndi Imo State, as they celebrate this sacred season of love, thanksgiving, and joy.

Uzodimma said, “This is a time to not only celebrate with our families but also to extend kindness and generosity to our neighbors.”
Governor Uzodimma wrote: “As we commemorate the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ, I join the entire Christian community of Nigeria, particularly ndi Imo State, in celebrating this sacred season of love, thanksgiving, and joy.
The coming of Christ into the world ushered in virtues such as compassion, peace, humility, and selflessness. These virtues remain a guiding light for humanity, and I encourage us all to embrace them wholeheartedly, especially during this festive season.
This is a time to not only celebrate with our families but also to extend kindness and generosity to our neighbors, spreading the warmth of the season to all around us.
To our sons and daughters who have traveled from far and near to be home, I warmly welcome you. Your presence enriches the spirit of unity and love that defines our community. Be assured that the Government has taken significant steps to ensure a peaceful and secured Yuletide.
