2023 Elections: ‘The opposition have adopted a negative strategy of insinuating fake news as we approach official kick off of campaign’ – Peter Obi

Labour Party (LP) Presidential flagbearer, Peter Obi, has said, that “oppositions” are using fake stories and untrue information against “the Labour Party, its presidential candidate and their supporters of same”.

He tweeted on his official Twitter account, that the party will “remain resolute in our commitment to clean campaign” as well as “rebuff all such ploys of deceit and calumny”.

As we approach the official kick off of the 2023 election campaign, it has become evident that the opposition have adopted a negative strategy of trolling and insinuating fake news and misinformation in the social media space and blaming the Labour Party,
